Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Normal handling of the product is acceptable, but damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
  • For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before beginning the return process.
  • The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge customers for shipping costs.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days, and once the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within that period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the item has been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.


How to return your order

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to info@ameliarowenewyork.com
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s address

⚠️ Do not send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address once you have contacted us.

Please note: You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing for purposes not related to your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation period
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the last item of your order.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible before delivery, and refunds can only be issued after we receive the returned goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Amelia Rowe New York) with a clear statement (e.g., by email) that you wish to cancel the contract. The cancellation is only completed once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.


Orders in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer, and delays are outside of our control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us. You may, however, notify us in advance if you intend to return your order.

To help us process your return more quickly, please send us proof of shipment once the return has been sent.

 

Refunds

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (including any additional charges incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our standard free shipping).

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

 

Important Note

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
